Celeborn Capital was founded by Luke Paetzold, Managing Partner, formerly an investment banker for firms including Technology Holdings, Teneo Capital, G.C. Andersen Partners, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Paetzold has over 15 years of experience spanning investment banking, corporate finance, and principal investing and has advised a significant number of public and private companies, institutional investors, governments, and boards of directors throughout his career.

To date, Mr. Paetzold has completed over $11 billion in advisory assignments, financing transactions, and principal investments, including high yield, first and second lien debt, mezzanine offerings, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions, secondary equity offerings, management buyouts, IPOs, and direct equity investment transactions.

Mr. Paetzold holds a B.S. in Finance from the Mary Jean and Frank P. Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University.
